01 . Spain day of arrival June 03, 2018.

Our walk around the ramblas after our first dinner .


Day 02. Monday, June 04, 2018.

What a day; 3 hour walking tour in the Gothic area. What a beautiful place so much history. Had some wonderful churros and a spicy meat party. Gothic area is the best for less expensive eating and shopping, where the locals go. A must see!

Our walk in Las Ramblas...beautiful buildings with so much history. Lots of interesting tapas and eating places...Some wonderful stores.Lots more to explore.









Day 03. Tuesday, June 05, 2018.

Today we went to the area called Eixample, the area is about 10 minutes from Las Ramblas. Very near the port.and more of residential area.We seen the beautiful historic palace of Barcelonia, also know as historic art museum with beautiful view of city and waterfalls.We then went to the fishing village called Barcelonita with over 90 fresh fish restaurants and 5 star hotels. Also most locals will go there.Final stop today was the beautiful church of Sagrda Falmiela, which was started its build in 1882 and will be completed 2026.

Day 04. Wednesday, June 06, 2018.

Went to Montserrat and it was amazing, even though it was raining today. A real must see while in Barcelona; to see the church and where the monks live Way up in the mountains. There are locals there also selling their local homemade cheese and honey plus many other food items. Then to go into the church to see Black Madonna and the beauty inside. The drive up is spectacular.

Day 05. Thursday, June 07, 2018.

Well made it to Madrid a lot different than Barcelona for sure. Madrid is filled with so much history and has so much to see. Madrid feels like a real European city. We did a 4 hour walking tour today. Really need to have a guide to explain the whole history of Madrid; very interesting seeing palace and square and markets and government buildings. Amazing!

Day 06. Friday, June 08, 2018.

Today we went and saw 5 different hotels in 3 different areas of Madrid. Each being unique and with it's own charm. A couple of the hotels were in a great location and very close to metro. Lots of shopping and restaurants in each area. The main square which has the city hall in front has one section that is affordable shopping and the other side is more of your high end shoes and leather goods.

Day 07. Saturday, June 09, 2018.

What an awesome day we went to Avila and seen San Vicentes Basillic and Satna Teresa's Convent.Then off to Segovia to visit the cathedral and Alcazar. Then to finish off the day we had dinner at the oldest restaurant in the world named Carta De Postres.

Day 08. Sunday, June 10, 2018.

What a way to finish off our fam with a tour to Toledo most beautiful scenery of the city. We've seen the Tome Church Synagogue of Santa Maria la Blanca. Spain has a lot to offer to all kinds of travelers; right from the history and beautiful churches and Castles to the friendly people lots of tapas and bakery shops to the old buildings with so much character, flamenco shows and the entertainers in the square.
